We worked with St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, with a 12 month contract to develop and launch a new charity.
We created a full set of fundraising and marketing materials to tell the story of the charity and how donations brighten local lives. We forged relationships with local companies and sports teams, and launched an ambassador scheme across the Trust.
We also worked with the Trust’s senior management team to ensure that the charity had the required infrastructure, strategy for growth, and supported the Trust in the recruitment of a Fundraising Manager.
The results were immediate and the charity saw a 25% overall increase in donations in just a couple of months and with a 5-fold increase in the number of Just Giving pages created in support of the hospitals. We launched the charity with a high profile abseil, raising £18,000 in just a couple of hours.
